We're seeking an experienced BDM to join our Key Accounts team - a specialist team focused on winning and growing some of Australia's largest and most strategically important customers. This is an enterprise-level, solution-led BD role. Based in NSW/ACT, you'll pursue significant opportunities with complex multi-site, multi-state and national customers.
You'll build a quality pipeline, develop relationships with senior decision-makers and translate customer needs into commercially sound, operationally deliverable solutions.
Importantly, you'll have the scale and capability of the broader Cleanaway business behind you, working alongside experienced Bids & Tenders, Commercial, Operations and specialist teams to develop compelling solutions and win large, complex accounts. You're a commercially strong B2B new-business hunter who enjoys identifying target customers, opening doors and creating your own pipeline. You build strong relationships well before tender and turn complex customer needs into commercially sound solutions that deliver profitable, sustainable growth.
You're confident selling complex operational and service solutions into large, multi-site organisations, navigating senior stakeholders and bringing internal teams together to deliver the right outcome.
