Job summary

Pet Resorts Australia in the Southern Highlands is seeking a casual Kennel Attendant & Receptionist to balance hands-on animal care with friendly customer service. You’ll switch between front-of-house duties and caring for pets, contributing to a welcoming guest experience.

This hybrid role requires 12+ months experience in animal care, hospitality, or customer service, a current driver’s licence, and Australian working rights.

What Your Day Will Look Like

This is a truly diverse "hybrid" role. You’ll be the heartbeat of the resort, switching between:

• Front-of-House : Being the welcoming face of our resort - greeting clients, answering calls, managing bookings, and handling payments with a smile.
• Expert Pet Care: Ensuring our guests are happy and healthy by feeding, exercising, providing enrichment, and maintaining pristine enclosures.
• Operational Support: Following safety protocols to a tee and using your admin skills to keep the resort running smoothly.

• Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office and have the aptitude to master our reservation systems.

Bonus points if you have a Qualification in Companion Animal Services or dog training experience!
