Job summary

Kingfisher Bay Resort is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team on Kingfisher Bay Island. You will lead your section, maintain high quality and presentation standards, and support junior team members across restaurant, bar and event spaces.

Apply your leadership skills in a fast-paced, large resort environment and help deliver memorable dining experiences for guests from around the world.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year's experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Experience in a high-volume resort, hotel or commercial kitchen.
• Strong organisation, communication and time management skills.
• A passion for quality food and exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role

You'll play an important role in delivering quality dining experiences across Kingfisher Bay Resort's restaurants, bars and event spaces while supporting the day-to-day leadership of kitchen operations.

Working alongside a talented culinary team, you'll take ownership of your section, maintain food quality and presentation standards, support junior team members and help ensure smooth kitchen operations during service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef looking to build leadership experience within a large resort environment.
