Kathmandu Moorabbin is seeking a full-time Assistant Store Manager who loves the outdoors and delivering great service. You’ll lead and develop your team, coach with purpose, and foster an inclusive store culture that reflects Kathmandu’s values.

You’ll drive store performance by managing stock, visual merchandising, rostering, and compliance, while using KPIs and local trends to maximise results and support sustainability initiatives.
