Kathmandu Moorabbin is seeking a Full Time Assistant Store Manager to lead the team, deliver exceptional service and drive store performance. You will manage stock, visual merchandising, rostering and daily processes while upholding our sustainability principles and outdoor-passionate culture.

You will coach and develop staff, interpret KPIs, and continuously improve the customer experience in a high-energy retail environment near Melbourne.
