Kathmandu is seeking a Full Time Assistant Store Manager for Parafield Outlet to lead daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will coach the team, drive stock control and visual merchandising, manage rostering and store standards, and work with the leadership team to meet KPIs and drive performance.
