Job summary

St Patrick's College Shorncliffe in Brisbane's bayside community is seeking a Junior Years Diverse Learning Leader. This is a 4 year fixed-term appointment with the potential for a further 4 years at Tier 2 Middle Leader level.

The role supports inclusive learning, coordination of personalised learning plans, intervention and case management for Years 5 and 6, and strengthens transitions into Year 7 through data sharing and collaboration with teachers, families and external specialists.

Qualifications

• Experience in inclusive education planning and meeting diverse learning needs.
• Ability to coordinate with teachers, aides and external specialists.
• Commitment to Catholic education values and student wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Support inclusive Diverse Learning practices for Years 5 and 6.
• Coordinate personalised learning plans and intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with Junior Years teams and families for smooth transitions.
• Maintain accurate adjustment documentation and transition information.
• Contribute to equity, access, participation and belonging initiatives.
