Job summary

St Benedict College in Mango Hill, Queensland, is seeking a Program Leader (Learning Enhancement) to advance the school's mission by coordinating learning enhancement programs that support diverse learners within a Catholic education context.

The role is a continuing Inclusive Education teaching appointment, starting in the Middle Leader tier with the Middle Leader Allowance, and may extend to subsequent three-year terms based on performance and ongoing need.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of learning enhancement programs for diverse learners.
• Supervise teachers and school officers within the program.
• Induct new staff into the program and oversee inductions.
• Monitor outcomes and address concerns with appropriate interventions.
• Coordinate staff delivering the program aligning with school values.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.
• Organise program activities, resources, transport, and staff.
• Stay updated on best practices and support staff professional learning.
• Oversee staff quality through feedback and reflective practice.
• Contribute to school leadership through meetings.
• Manage budgets and resources for the program area.
