Job summary

Harris Farm Markets in NSW is seeking an IT helpdesk professional to be the first line of support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and key business applications. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and document issues to keep our 30+ stores running.

Working with the IT team, you’ll log tickets, run SQL queries, assist with testing and UAT, and help create knowledge articles while applying ITIL approaches to improve service delivery across our retail network.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Good understanding of business applications and basic system concepts.
• Familiarity with SQL for simple queries and data analysis.
• Clear communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage competing priorities.
• Tertiary qualification in IT, Business, or related field (or working towards it).

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for D365 F&O and other key applications.
• Log, track, and resolve support tickets, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Assist in system monitoring, data corrections, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Support users with application functionality, training, and documentation.
• Run standard SQL queries and reports to assist in issue resolution.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to coordinate fixes and updates.
• Participate in small enhancements and configuration changes in D365 F&O.
• Support system testing, including preparing test cases and assisting with UAT.
• Help gather and document business requirements for system improvements.
• Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles for common issues.
• Learn and apply best practices in application support and ITIL processes.
