Job summary

Harris Farm Markets in NSW is seeking a junior systems analyst to support D365 F&O and IT helpdesk operations across our retail network. You will troubleshoot issues, log tickets, execute SQL queries, and help maintain vital business applications for over 30 stores.

You will work closely with the IT team on testing, UAT, and documenting solutions, while applying ITIL practices to improve service delivery and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT helpdesk and first-line support.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Ability to log, track and resolve incidents using ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues and provide first-line IT support.
• Log tickets and monitor queues to ensure timely resolution.
• Run SQL queries to diagnose data issues and verify fixes.
• Assist with testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create knowledge articles to improve service delivery.
