• Deliver evidence-based interventions and support inclusive learning environments.
• Drive a culture of inclusive education and shared responsibility for student success.
• Build staff capability in differentiation and inclusive practices.
• Coach and support teachers in inclusive classroom practice.
• Promote evidence-based approaches to literacy, numeracy and learning interventions.
• Collaborate with curriculum leaders to strengthen differentiation and student engagement.
• Support the implementation of Universal Design for Learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based interventions and foster a culture that supports diverse learning needs.
• Drive a culture of inclusive education and shared responsibility for student success.
• Build staff capability in differentiation and inclusive practices.
• Coach and support teachers in inclusive classroom practice.
• Promote evidence-based approaches to literacy, numeracy and learning intervention.
• Collaborate with curriculum leaders to strengthen differentiation and student engagement.
• Support the implementation of Universal Design for Learning principles.
• Maintain contemporary knowledge of educational research and best practice.
• Be familiar with the Western Australian Curriculum.
• Have an understanding of, and empathy for, the learning needs and social, emotional and spiritual development of boys.
• Have a firm commitment to independent schooling and Hale values and Anglican traditions.
• Have a current Working with Children (WWC) check.
• Have a current National Police Clearance.
• Provide a CV outlining qualifications and relevant experience.
• Provide the names and contact details of three referees, one of whom must be the current or most recent employer.
