Job summary

Dalyellup College, a WA Department of Education high school, is seeking a Learning Support Coordinator (LSC) to drive inclusive education and targeted student support across the college. The LSC will partner with the Leadership team and teachers to implement differentiated curricula for students with disabilities and learning needs, ensuring access to resources and supports.

The role includes professional learning for staff, data-informed planning, and leadership of the Lead EA to build capacity

Qualifications

• Hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration.
• Experience in learning support and inclusive education.
• Experience providing professional learning and coaching to teachers.
• Ability to manage data, reporting and planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop best practice learning support documentation for teachers.
• Collect and disseminate documentation for students with additional needs.
• Lead NCCD data collection and determine eligibility; share with staff.
• Apply for and review Disability Resourcing applications.
• Plan transitions for SEN students, including IEPs for year 6 entry.
• Lead disability adjustments for standardised testing and exams.
• Ensure accurate, timely, compliant records for planning and reporting.
• Manage and support SEN reporting processes and communication with HOLAs.
