MPower Interactive in Melbourne is seeking a friendly, confident person to join our team and support our recruitment efforts. This part-time role focuses on sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews, with comprehensive training provided.

You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, collaborate with the Melbourne leadership team, and enjoy a welcoming, social office environment while developing valuable communication skills.

• Creating and posting job advertisements on SEEK and other platforms.
• Reviewing applications and shortlisting potential candidates.
• Contacting applicants and having initial conversations over the phone.
• Scheduling and helping conduct first-round interviews.
• Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Finding and approaching potential candidates through LinkedIn.
• Supporting recruitment content across social media.

What you'll be doing
