Job Connect Recruitment in Queensland is looking for a friendly, motivated and organised person to join our recruitment team at our Yatala office. You don't need recruitment experience – we'll teach you what you need to know!

This hands-on role offers the chance to learn recruitment, candidate management, compliance and administration within a busy agency, with opportunities to develop skills and progress within the business.

Formación

• No recruitment experience required; attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
• Good communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Able to use office software confidently (Outlook/Word/Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Candidate communication: Speaking with job applicants and guiding them through the process.
• Recruitment support: Assisting recruiters with applications, resumes, interviews and follow-ups.
• Onboarding: Helping new employees complete registrations and inductions.
• Compliance & administration: Maintaining employee records and documentation.
• Employee welfare calls: Checking in with employees after starting work.
• Timesheets & reporting: Assisting with timesheets and general admin tasks.
• General team support: Coordinating with recruiters to keep things organized.
