• Request paperwork and follow up.
• Request references and follow up.
• Pre-placement audits for 100% compliance.
• Create and manage job adverts.
• Create jobs on CRM.
• Update job sheet and close inactive jobs.
• Write and post jobs.
• Ad chasing and email ad chases.
• Add a job/contact/company.
• Send floats and admails.
• Weekly meetings.
• Create reports.
• Manage meeting agenda.
• Projects.
• Post-placement gifts (ordered).
• Send CVs when in meetings.
