Toohey Property Management, a Brisbane-based property management agency, is expanding and seeking a motivated Junior Property Manager to join our dynamic team at our Newstead office. You will support daily operations across residential properties, working closely with Senior Property Managers and the Operations team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with tenancy agreements and renewals.
• Respond to owner and tenant enquiries via phone, email and portal messaging.
• Coordinate routine inspections and follow-up reports.
• Support maintenance request triaging with contractors and tenants.
• Assist with rental arrears monitoring and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records and update property management systems (PropertyMe, Tapi).
• Liaise with external service providers for property maintenance and compliance.

The business is expanding rapidly, doubling in size every 6 months, so we are seeking a motivated and organised Junior Property Manager to join our growing team and support our portfolio of residential properties.

Position Overview

As a Junior Property Manager at Toohey Property Management, you will assist with the daily operations of property management, ensuring high-quality service to both owners and tenants. This role provides excellent career progression and structured training for an aspiring property professional.

You will work closely with the Senior Property Managers and Operations team, gaining hands‑on experience in all aspects of property management administration and tenant/owner engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation, processing and execution of tenancy agreements and renewals
• Respond to owner and tenant enquiries via phone, email and portal messaging
• Coordinate routine inspections and follow-up reports
• Support maintenance request triaging with contractors and tenants
• Assist with rental arrears monitoring and follow-up
• Maintain accurate records and update property management systems (e.g., PropertyMe, Tapi)
• Liaise with external service providers for property maintenance and compliance

About You

• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Drivers License
• Strong organisational and time-management capabilities
