Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Junior Property Analyst to support our Industrial & Logistics team in Sydney's market. You will help maintain property and client databases, perform market research, and generate accurate intelligence to support sales activity.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates or final-year students in property, with strong Excel skills and a proactive spirit to learn from leading professionals in the field. This is a hands-on entry role with real exposure to listings and reporting.

Qualifications

• Property, business, commerce or related degree qualifications (completed or currently undertaking final year) preferred.
• Experience in a similar support role within the Property/Real Estate sector is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CRM databases, property listings and client records.
• Ensure property, contact and market information is accurate and up to date.
• Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets for reporting, market analysis and business development activities.
• Support agents with listing management, comparable sales and leasing evidence, and property searches.
• Maintain marketing and mailing lists to support targeted campaigns.
• Assist with submissions, presentations and client reporting.
• Coordinate database updates from agents and research sources.
