Job summary

Colliers Parramatta is seeking a Database Analyst/Property Graduate to support Industrial & Logistics sales. You will maintain CRM databases and deliver accurate market intelligence to help listings and client decisions.

Ideal candidates are final-year Property students or graduates with strong Excel skills, good communication, and a proactive attitude. This role provides hands-on experience in commercial real estate and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Property, business, commerce or related degree qualifications (completed or currently undertaking final year) preferred.
• Experience in a similar support role within the Property/Real Estate sector is highly desirable although not essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CRM databases, property listings and client records.
• Ensure property, contact and market information is accurate and up to date.
• Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets for reporting, market analysis and business development activities.
• Support agents with listing management, comparable sales and leasing evidence, and property searches.
• Maintain marketing and mailing lists to support targeted campaigns.
• Assist with submissions, presentations and client reporting.
• Coordinate database updates from agents and research sources.
