Forge Constructions Pty Ltd in Canberra is seeking a Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator to assist in delivering commercial and government construction projects across the ACT. You will support planning, coordination, and delivery from pre-construction through to handover, working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, clients, consultants and subcontractors.

You will gain genuine responsibility within a small, collaborative team, including exposure to all aspects of project

Qualifications

• Experience working on commercial/government construction projects.
• Ability to plan and coordinate across full project lifecycle.
• Strong communication with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordination and delivery of multiple projects.
• Prepare and maintain programs, procurement schedules and documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and client representatives.
• Monitor progress, costs and key deliverables.
• Attend and contribute to project meetings and site inspections.
