Job summary

Buildability Group, a Sydney-based landscape construction specialist, is seeking a Project Manager pathway role to lead on-site delivery of major landscaping works for Tier 2 and Tier 1 builders. You will work closely with an established Project Manager and MD, gaining hands-on experience across large-scale projects and mentoring support.

You will take ownership of delivering high-quality landscaping projects, liaising with clients and stakeholders while leading crews on site to ensure

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture is required.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in construction is a bonus.
• Must have landscape construction site experience in Australia.
• Strong computer skills.
• Drivers license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with program and schedule works.
• Ordering materials and organising deliveries.
• Resource management.
• Delegate to Leading Hands / Site Managers.
• Subcontractor engagement.
• Cost tracking and forecasting.
• Safety and compliance.
• Quality assurance.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers.
• Report into Project Managers.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent chance to join the delivery team in a Project Manager pathway role. You will gain hands-on experience across a range of large-scale projects, working closely with an established Project Manager and Managing Director who will provide structured mentoring and support.

You will take ownership of delivering high-quality landscaping projects, liaising with clients and stakeholders while leading crews on site to ensure successful outcomes.

If you’re currently working as a Forepersonor a Project Manager for a smaller landscaping company, and feel your progression opportunities are limited, this role offers the ideal step up.
