Aqua Remedial Works is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator with at least 2 years' experience in waterproofing and the construction industry to join their Sydney team on full-time basis. This role offers exposure to diverse commercial, civil, and high-rise projects alongside a supportive team.

Based in Australia, you will support project planning, manage documentation, and help drive on-time delivery while upholding safety and quality standards on site.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years' experience in waterproofing and construction.
• Knowledge of Blue Beam is essential.
• Knowledge of project drawings and documents is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Support the preparation of ITPs with the Project Engineer.
• Work directly with the Director, Project Engineer, Supervisors and ARW Site crew.
• Manage contract variations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in monthly claims submissions.
• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Manage project documentation, including progress reports, contracts, purchase orders, and variations.
• Identify potential risks and issues early and collaborate with the team to resolve them.
• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Work with commercial, civil, and high-rise buildings.

• Must have a background in the waterproofing industry is essential.
