Interface Landscapes in Brisbane's Darra office is seeking a Project Administrator to support Estimating and Construction teams. This busy role offers hands-on exposure to tender processes, documentation, and project setup, with room to grow.

The ideal candidate is organised, eager to learn, and comfortable handling confidential information, communicating with clients and suppliers, and managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confidence communicating with staff, suppliers, subcontractors and clients.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Good time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Ability to handle confidential and commercially sensitive information appropriately.
• A positive, energetic attitude and willingness to get involved and be part of the team.
• Some previous exposure to project administration, contracts administration or the construction industry would be highly regarded, but extensive experience is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Estimators during the tender process, including reviewing project documentation, obtaining and preparing tender submissions.
• Assisting with project set-up and documentation, including internal system set-up, purchase orders and contract documentation.
• Liaising with clients, Landscape Architects, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Providing general project administration support to our Project Managers and site teams.
• Helping ensure project information, documentation and changes are communicated and kept up to date.
• Preparing and submitting progress claims.
• Providing general administrative support across the Operational team as required.
