Woolworths Group is seeking aJunior Production Manager to join the Greenhouse Collective, the internal creative powerhouse of the Brand & Marketing team. You will support the Production team across a diverse range of delivery streams.

Your day‑to‑day will include scheduling, tracking timelines, coordinating with external partners, managing financial admin (POs) and ensuring assets meet spec. This foundational role emphasizes delivery efficiency, attention to detail and collaboration within a

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in production coordination or related roles.
• Understanding of end-to-end creative process and post-production pipelines.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate in a creative team.
• Proficiency with PM software (Workfront, Asana, Trello) and openness to new tools.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and traffic daily workloads across teams.
• Track timelines and chase feedback.
• Maintain project documentation and WIP logs.
• Flag blockers to Production Manager with solutions.
• Manage relationships with external partners and shoots.
• Coordinate logistics for shoots and content creation.
• Prepare production documents: call sheets, risk assessments, asset tracking.
• Handle PO creation and invoicing per procurement guidelines.
• Track expenditures and variances against budgets.
• Closeouts for CAD submissions, contracts, rights management.
