Job summary

PZ Cussons Australia is seeking a Product Development Technologist in Cremorne to shape Home and Personal Care products for AU/NZ markets. You will join cross-functional teams and report to the Head of R&D on key projects.

This role offers a 12-month parental leave contract, with a full-time hybrid work arrangement, and the opportunity to drive product concepts from ideation through to launch while balancing cost, speed, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the technical requirements to deliver a range of products within our homecare and personal care categories.
• Drive new product innovation and core product renovation, balancing speed, cost, and quality.
• Working with the Asia Regional Supply Chain and technical teams, the internal and external vendor base to ensure that projects are delivered on time.
• Participate in ideation sessions with Marketing to provide technical solutions for new product concepts, providing key technical support to Marketing and Commercial.
• Managing all aspects of technical documentation, sourcing briefs.
