About the Company: Join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial consumer goods business that’s doing real Australia and the USA. This small but powerful business works as a middle person between suppliers and buyers to design, develop, and follow the critical path to meet deadlines across the innovative hard goods across categories including arts and crafts, licensed products, and home and lifestyle.

About the Role: This is a hands‑on, end‑to‑end product development role where you’ll work across concepting, sourcing, sampling, and launch. You’ll collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver products that excite customers and drive growth. Experience in product development is highly desirable, but we’re also open to candidates from brand management, buying, account management, or project management backgrounds within consumer goods, hard goods, or licensed product categories.

Key Responsibilities
