Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is partnering with a well-established WA-owned fit-out and refurbishment builder in Perth. They are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator or Junior Project Manager to join the close-knit team and take ownership of projects from start to finish.

The role covers project administration, contracts, procurement and documentation, with site-based delivery and collaboration with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or related discipline.
• Experience delivering commercial building projects.
• Experience as Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager.
• Main contractor experience preferred, however consultancy or subcontractor backgrounds will also be considered.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive approach with strong problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the delivery of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from start to finish.
• Manage project administration, contracts, procurement and project documentation.
• Work closely with clients, subcontractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Site based role with full project team support.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and quality.
• Support project delivery and proactively resolve issues as they arise.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and project stakeholders.
• Work alongside an experienced and supportive management team.
