The Opportunity

An established commercial builder is looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join their Brisbane team.

This is a great opportunity for a mid-senior CA who is confident managing their own projects and is looking for a long-term move with a business that offers plenty of variety.

You’ll work across a mix of new build, fit out and refurbishment projects, with the current pipeline ranging from $3M - $20M. The wider project portfolio can range anywhere from $1M - $40M, across a range of sectors including Defence, Rail, Industrial, Education, Government, Multi-Residential and Aged Care.

The team has a few junior CAs, so they're looking for someone with solid experience who is also happy to provide guidance, training and mentoring when required.

The role is primarily office-based with sites generally located across central and outer Brisbane.
