Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a motivated Junior Operations Administrator to support daily operations on site in Australia. You will assist across operations, customer support, finance, sales, safety, and facilities, while gaining hands-on experience with SAP, Salesforce, Concur, and Microsoft Office.

You’ll be mentored by experienced colleagues and develop practical skills in business processes, documentation, and teamwork within a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service, or office environments is desirable but not essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive, customer-focused, and able to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administrative and customer support tasks on site.
• Assist Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Service teams as needed.
• Help with invoicing, documentation, and record-keeping across systems.
• Maintain accurate data in SAP and Salesforce and coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
