• Recent graduate in Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to interpret data, pricing information and commercial documentation confidently.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
• Interest in commercial operations, sales support and developing a career in business.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new machine sales contracts from order creation through to delivery and final invoicing.
• Support customer quotes and tenders through pricing build-ups, cost estimates and commercial analysis.
• Maintain quote templates and pricing packages, ensuring accurate and up-to-date commercial data.
• Validate costs, margins, invoicing and asset data to support accurate business decisions.
• Partner with Product Managers and sales teams to support machine sales across multiple markets.
• Review contracts and pricing changes, resolving issues that impact profitability or customer outcomes.
• Manage multiple systems to ensure compliance, quality control and seamless order execution.
