Job summary

ACorp is a native managed service provider with offices in Sydney, Newcastle and Muswellbrook. We’re growing and seeking a Level 1 Technician to join our Muswellbrook team in-office, with visits to clients nearby.

You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, resolving everyday IT issues and setting up new users while learning from senior techs. The role includes on-site client visits and structured training as part of a supportive, security-conscious shop.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in technology and solving problems.
• Clear communication with non-technical clients.
• Some help desk IT experience or relevant study.
• Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Valid NSW driver's licence and own vehicle.
• NSW Police Check or willingness to obtain before start.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients by phone, email and ConnectWise ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and fix everyday issues with Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, email and network connectivity.
• Set up new users, devices and accounts.
• Log work clearly for continuity.
• Escalate complex problems to senior techs and learn solving approaches.
• Visit clients onsite in the Muswellbrook area when needed.
