Complete Insurance Solutions Pty is seeking a motivated Junior Account Manager to join our insurance brokerage team in Australia. You will assist with day-to-day management of client portfolios, support brokers, and help with renewal documentation, quotations, and insurer liaison.

Working alongside experienced teams, you’ll develop technical insurance knowledge, deliver excellent client service, and contribute to a growing national group. This role offers training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service and insurance.
• Familiarity with insurance broking systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers and Brokers with client servicing activities.
• Prepare renewal documentation, quotations and insurance schedules.
• Liaise with insurers regarding policy amendments, renewals and claims.
• Assist clients with policy enquiries and administrative requests.
• Maintain accurate client records and correspondence.
• Follow up outstanding information and insurer requirements.
• Assist with new business submissions and insurance reviews.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
