Job summary

PSC Insurance Brokers seeks a Junior Account Manager to support client servicing, renewals, and policy administration from our Cronulla/Harrington Park offices. You will work alongside experienced brokers to develop insurance knowledge and strong client service skills.

With a focus on accuracy and proactive communication, you will handle administration, documentation, and insurer liaison while building long-term client relationships within a growing national brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers and Brokers with client servicing activities.
• Prepare renewal documentation, quotations, and insurance schedules.
• Liaise with insurers regarding policy amendments, renewals, and claims.
• Assist clients with policy enquiries and administrative requests.
• Maintain accurate client records and correspondence.
• Follow up outstanding information and insurer requirements.
• Assist with new business submissions and insurance reviews.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Account Manager to join our team. This role ideally will be based in our Cronulla office, but there is also opportunity to be based at our Harrington Park office.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the insurance industry. Working alongside experienced brokers and account managers, you will assist with the day-to-day management of client portfolios while developing your technical insurance knowledge and client service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers and Brokers with client servicing activities.
