Complete Insurance Solutions Pty is seeking a motivated Junior Account Manager to join our insurance brokerage team in Australia. You will assist with day-to-day management of client portfolios, support brokers, and help with renewal documentation, quotations, and insurer liaison.

Working alongside experienced teams, you’ll develop technical insurance knowledge, deliver excellent client service, and contribute to a growing national group. This role offers training and career progression.

• Support Account Managers and Brokers with client servicing activities.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Account Manager to join our team. This role ideally will be based in our Cronulla office, but there is also opportunity to be based at our Harrington Park office.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the insurance industry. Working alongside experienced brokers and account managers, you will assist with the day-to-day management of client portfolios while developing your technical insurance knowledge and client service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers and Brokers with client servicing activities.
