Job summary

Elysium Digital is seeking a proactive Junior Program / Project Coordinator to assist the delivery of ICT projects within a large-scale transformation environment in Canberra. You will work with project managers and stakeholders to support governance, reporting, scheduling and coordination activities.

The ideal candidate has experience in project support or junior project management, with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn and develop within project

Qualifications

• Experience supporting ICT projects, programs or technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain project documentation, schedules and reporting artefacts.
• Experience coordinating across project teams and managing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project documentation, plans, registers and reporting artefacts.
• Support tracking of project schedules, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities and assist teams to progress according to plan.
• Maintain risk, issue, decision and action registers and escalate when required.
• Support governance processes including reporting, assurance and control activities.
• Prepare project status reports, meeting packs, minutes and governance docs.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops and project communications.
• Assist with project administration and operational support tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PM practices.
