Job summary

TP ICAP is seeking an entry-level broker support professional for our Sydney Forward FX desk. You will assist brokers, input trades into trading systems, and maintain records to ensure smooth desk operations.

This role offers hands-on experience with real-time pricing, market data, and hybrid/onsite trading workflows, while you learn the business from the ground up. A degree in economics or finance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Promote TP ICAP as a company.
• Provide complete support to the brokers for the smooth running of the desk.
• Ensure timely input of trades into trading systems.
• Resolve any trade queries received internally and externally, and ensure any trade discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
• Keep trade records up to date.
• Update real-time manual / electronic whiteboards with market data.
• Provide input on various projects for brokers and traders.
• Provide live quotes through the link line to our internal regional offices.
• Monitor markets and follow financial news and developments.
• Understand the underlying products being traded and keep up to date with knowledge of new products/procedures.
• Manage the on-boarding of new clients with the Client On-Boarding team.

Role Overview

We provide our clients with real time pricing, market information and a place to facilitate their trades. We offer traditional voice broking and hybrid broking through our e‑broking platforms

Role Responsibilities
