Job summary

Stevenson Builders Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Junior Foreman to assist with daily supervision and coordination of construction projects in Brisbane. Working with the Directors, you will gain hands-on experience across project delivery with mentoring and a clear pathway to site or project management.

You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor safety and quality, conduct inductions and toolbox talks, and help resolve site issues while maintaining an organised, professional site.

Qualifications

• Qualified carpenter preferred.
• Commercial construction experience is desirable.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious and interested in growing with the business.
• Current driver licence and Construction White Card.
