Job summary

Trustee for the O'Sullivan Family Trust in Double Bay, NSW invites applications for a Junior Finance Broker / Lending Strategist. You will learn under experienced brokers to analyse clients' financial circumstances and prepare lending applications.

You will gain expertise across residential, commercial, asset and investment finance, while building lender relationships and ensuring compliance. This role includes mentoring, training, and a clear path toward independent broking within a

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related discipline (or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking).
Previous exposure to banking, lending or financial services is a plus.
CRM systems and MS Office experience desirable.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand financial objectives and borrowing needs.
Analyse financial position, income, liabilities, assets and borrowing capacity.
Research and compare lending products across banks and lenders.
Develop lending strategies aligned to clients' goals.
Prepare and coordinate residential, commercial and asset finance applications.
Liaise with lenders, credit assessors, solicitors and valuers throughout the process.
Monitor applications through to approval and settlement.
Maintain accurate client records and post-settlement support.
