Ironbark Financial Group, with offices across QLD, is seeking a Junior Associate for the Central Queensland team based in Rockhampton and Gladstone. You will support Senior Advisers, assist in delivering client-centric financial advice, and help prepare strategies to progress toward a Financial Adviser role.

Qualifications

• Essential: Close to completion or completed tertiary qualifications in Financial Planning or a related discipline.
• Essential: Progressing towards, or meeting, current Financial Adviser education requirements.
• Candidates who are ready to commence their Professional Year are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to satisfy pre-employment screening requirements, including criminal history, bankruptcy, and ASIC checks.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Advisers in the delivery of high-quality, client-centric financial advice.
• Attend client meetings and assist in the preparation and implementation of advice strategies.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring a professional and responsive client experience.
• Assist with client reviews, information gathering, and ongoing service requirements.
• Work closely with paraplanners and client support teams to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of advice recommendations.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Develop technical knowledge and advisory capability through ongoing learning and professional development.
