Job summary

Montgomery Advisory's Sydney office is seeking a junior lawyer to join the Litigation & Dispute Resolution – Construction & Infrastructure team. You will handle dispute resolution across major infrastructure projects, with mentorship and clear progression pathways.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in construction law or disputes, excellent written and spoken communication, strong attention to detail, and a dynamic, energetic team environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in back-end construction law or disputes focusing on construction.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong people skills.
• Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise and act for major contractors on a range of dispute resolution matters including litigation, arbitration, mediation and expert determination across infrastructure, utilities, government and renewable energy projects.
• Contribute to a growing team with opportunities for progression and mentorship.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality dispute resolution services for construction and infrastructure matters.
