You will work with senior partners and a range of lawyers on complex matters across jurisdictions, including superior court litigation and various dispute resolution methods.

The role targets lawyers with 2 to 9 years' construction disputes experience, who can adapt to different working styles and contribute to a high-calibre disputes practice in Australia.

Qualifications

• 2 to 9 years' proven experience in construction disputes from a leading practice.
• Ability to adapt to the working styles of different senior lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Work with leading partners, senior and junior lawyers on disputes across jurisdictions.
• Involve litigation in superior court jurisdictions and dispute resolution including negotiation, mediation, ADR, adjudication and expert determination.
