Senior Associate or Special Counsel, Construction Disputes Lawyer

We represent a major Australian law firm comprising lawyers across a number of Australian offices, and including a significant global network.

As an upshot of growth, the Sydney office are now looking to hire a senior associate level construction disputes lawyer.

Construction, Projects and Infrastructure

The Construction, Projects and Infrastructure group work on some of the most significant infrastructure, construction, engineering, mining and renewable energy projects in the Asia-Pacific region for a range of public and private participants.

As a market leading practice, you can expect to work with individuals at the top of their game.

Position Description

This is a position which will provide unparalleled opportunities for progression, mentorship and skill development in this area of law.

You will act for principally major contractors on a mix of dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration, mediation and expert determination across infrastructure (transport and social), utilities (water, power, gas and telecommunications), government (defence, rail) and renewable energy.

This is a great opportunity for a driven and talented junior to mid-level lawyer who wants to be part of a growing and busy team with genuine progression opportunities in a market-leading practice.

Requirements

You will be a lawyer with most likely 4+ years'experience,in back-end construction law or a disputes lawyer looking to specialise in construction.
