Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking highly motivated Cyber Security Analysts to join our Falcon Complete Team. You will perform incident handling across Windows, Mac, and Linux, conduct basic malware analysis, and develop processes to detect incidents and countermeasures for real-time protection.

You’ll deliver high-quality written and verbal updates to customer management, contribute to thought leadership through blogs and talks, and help manage internal programs or teams.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of related experience.
• Capable of completing technical tasks without supervision.
• Desire to grow technical and soft skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Contributing thought leader within the incident response industry.
• High business level to native Japanese language skills is required for local customers (not mandatory for this ad).

Responsibilities

• Exercise incident handling across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Perform basic malware analysis.
• Develop and improve processes for incident detection and countermeasures.
• Produce high-quality written and verbal communications to customer management.
