Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Falcon Complete Security Advisor in Australia to guide customers toward secure uses of the Falcon Complete platform. You will assess environments, recommend improvements, and work with multiple CrowdStrike teams to resolve issues and enhance security posture.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in cybersecurity, strong communication, and hands-on threat detection/incident response experience across Windows, Linux, and macOS. A technology/Cybersecurity degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a cybersecurity focused role.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience partnering with internal CrowdStrike teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Adept in Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
• Experience or knowledge of threat detection and incident response.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer Falcon environments and align with Falcon Complete standards.
• Provide recommendations to improve security posture for Falcon Complete customers.
• Create/remediate components of CrowdStrike products for security improvements.
• Directly contact customers when misalignment with standards is detected.
• Document and resolve customer issues per procedures and SLAs.
• Develop and provide service reports and metrics as requested.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with support to troubleshoot and coordinate remediation efforts.
