Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated analyst to join our global security operations team. You will triage, investigate, and respond to detections across endpoints, identity, email, and cloud environments.

You will apply MITRE ATT&CK techniques, perform basic malware analysis, and communicate findings clearly to customers while helping improve incident detection processes. A focus on AI-enhanced workflows is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Hands-on incident response across a broad range of security events.
• Experience applying MITRE ATT&CK to investigations.
• Experience using forensic analysis tools in investigations.
• Ability to perform basic static and dynamic malware analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux internals.
• Experience administering enterprise networks and resolving connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Triage, investigate, and respond to security detections across multiple environments.
• Analyze telemetry and artefacts to determine root cause and remediation.
• Investigate suspicious Microsoft 365 activity, contain threats, and guide customers.
• Perform basic malware analysis to support incident triage.
• Develop and improve processes for incident detection and countermeasures.
• Deliver clear, professional communications to customers during incident response.
• Produce high-quality findings and recommendations for customers and internally.
