Job summary

Morson Edge Australia on the Gold Coast is seeking a Junior Contract Administrator to support commercial and multi-residential projects. You will work closely with an experienced Senior Contract Administrator and Project Manager, gaining exposure to all aspects of project delivery and contract administration.

The role offers hands-on mentoring, professional development, and a clear path for long-term career progression within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Ideally 1+ years' experience in a Contract Administrator or Assistant CA role.
• Construction Management or related qualification preferred.
• Some understanding of subcontractor procurement and contract administration.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Motivated to learn and develop within a supportive project team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day contract administration of construction projects.
• Prepare and manage subcontractor packages and procurement.
• Assist with variations, progress claims and payments.
• Manage project documentation and contractual correspondence.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.

An opportunity is available for a Junior Contract Administrator to join an established construction team delivering commercial and multi-residential projects across the Gold Coast. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1+ years' experience in Contract Administration who is looking to develop their skills and progress their career. You'll work closely with an experienced Senior Contract Administrator and Project Manager, gaining exposure to all aspects of project delivery and contract administration.
