Job summary

The Lorian Group in Brisbane is seeking a construction cadet/junior project manager to work with experienced professionals across a diverse range of projects. You will assist in planning, coordination and delivery from early planning stages through to completion, with exposure to stakeholders, reporting, procurement and contract administration.

Ideal candidates are currently studying or have recently completed a degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying, with at least 12 months

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 12 months working as CA for main contractor or sub-contractor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; highly organised and proactive problem solver.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination and delivery of projects from early planning through to completion.
• Support project reporting, coordination of consultants and subcontractors, and attendance at project meetings.
• Assist with procurement and contract administration, ensuring alignment with programme, budget and quality.
