Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of client-side development or project management experience.
• Ability to develop and implement detailed project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations; able to read blueprints and technical specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management or related field.

LFL Projects is a successful third party Development and Project manager with exposure to multiple asset classes. As a Development Project Manager at you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of projects located within Brisbane area.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This full-time position requires regular attendance to site and interaction with the client.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including setting timelines, allocating resources, and identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies

Coordinating and managing project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure the efficient and timely completion of tasks

Monitoring project progress, identifying and addressing issues, and providing regular updates to stakeholders

Ensuring compliance with all relevant construction regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards

Collaborating with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver projects that meet or exceed their expectations

Preparing detailed reports and documentation to track project performance and inform future improvements

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a client side Development or Project Manager, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement detailed project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams

Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera

Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management or a related field
