• Proficient in Cirrus 8 or Re-leased.

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, accountable, and eager to develop your career.
• Current Real Estate Registration

Responsibilities

• Manage a commercial portfolio with support from experienced leaders.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
• Oversee maintenance requests and contractor management.
• Manage lease administration, renewals, and critical dates.
• Assist with arrears management and reporting.
• Conduct property inspections and prepare client reports.
