Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron in Kirribilli is expanding its kitchen team, inviting passionate chefs to join our inclusive, busy environment where quality and hospitality shine for members and guests.

You’ll work a rotating 7-day roster (38 hours per week) in a high-volume kitchen, with on-site parking and laundered uniforms. This role offers learning opportunities, a healthy work-life balance, and a pathway into elite dining at a prestigious harbour-side club.

Join the Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron Kitchen Team

Located in beautiful Kirribilli, the Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron (RSYS) offers contemporary dining, vibrant bars, world-class functions, and boutique accommodation, all set against a stunning harbourside backdrop.

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Chef De Partie & a Cook who thrive in a high-volume environment and understands the importance of attention to detail. You’ll play an integral role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our members and guests.

The ideal candidates will have:

• Experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen
• A positive, respectful attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Availability to work on a rotating 7-day roster (38 hours per week)
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience on the Hot line
• Reliability and a passion for delivering top-quality dishes
