As our Junior Business Analyst – Enterprise Applications, you’ll join the team that delivers and supports the finance, CRM and operational systems used across Aveo, Scape and RTL Co.
This role is for someone who wants to be in the thick of delivery. You’ll work across the full project lifecycle – understanding what the business needs, getting hands‑on in the system, testing it, training people on it and supporting them after go‑live. The business is going through a period of change, with systems being consolidated and improved across the group, so there’s a strong pipeline of projects where you can make a real impact. You’ll start on our Medius accounts payable automation rollout.
Think of it as a consulting‑style role inside one organisation. You won’t just write documents and hand them over – when something needs doing to get a project over the line, you’ll roll up your sleeves and help make it happen.
We hire for attitude over experience. You don’t need to tick every box – if you’re curious, practical and keen to learn, we want to hear from you.
At The Living Company, we honour and welcome the rich heritage and contributions of First Nations and Indigenous peoples. Our workplace embraces diversity and strives to create an inclusive environment that respects and values your culture, traditions, and perspectives. Join us in building a harmonious and empowered community where everyone’s voice is heard and celebrated.
